BAT has officially formed it’s Board of Directors and in doing so has also named a new CEO. Founders, Shawn Rorie and Jarrod Marinello will move into their new positions on the board and Ashley Jankowski has been promoted into the role of Chief Executive Officer.

Rorie states, “Ashley has been filling the role of Chief Executive Officer so it is appropriate that she takes on this title as it has been earned! Congratulations Ashley. Thanks for leading us fearlessly and servantly!”
